It offers the maximum comfort and independence, being an ideal accommodation for both long and shorts stays in the exciting Catalan capital city.

This is a decent apartment only 1 minute walk from Ramblas and Palau Guell. Given that it is so close to the action in Ramblas, it is not noisy at all and you can sleep in peace. It has two bedrooms and separate kitchen. The apartment is well stocked with fridge, microwave, water boiler, iron, etc. Further, just outside are several mini-markets, a pharmacy, a liquor store, and a bike rental. So location is absolutely perfect. The only negative is the building itself: it is a little old and the tiny winding staircase to the apartment on the fourth floor is very challenging. I am a pretty fit guy and found it knocked the wind out of me each time (ofcourse I was carrying a baby stroller though). If you are a young couple, group, etc - price / location cannot be beat. If you are a little less fit, you may find this difficult.

Apartment Nou Rambla is really in an excellent location, just in the heart of Ramblas.The person who brought me the keys (Dani) was very nice and polite..The rooms were clean...The only thing I have to mention was that there was no hair dryer and also you have to buy some staff like toilet papers yourself..There are lots of cheap markets and groceries on Nou de la Rambla which are open 24 hours....VERY IMPORTANT....BEWARE OF THE THIEVES IN BARCELONA....They can steal your wallet, cell phone etc anywhere.....

Very nice place to stay. In a convenient location just off La Rambla, and near a Gaudi site. Rooms were clean and tidy and their was air conditioning which was nice. Bad things - there was no toilet paper, so we had to go and buy it, no hand towels in the bathroom, and no towels in the kitchen. The double bed was also super super squeaky. It is also about 4 stories up, with no lift - no problem as long as you don't mind climbing the stairs each day! Overall, it was a good place to stay, convenient, near the tube and within walking distance to lots of places including the beach, and it was clean, pleasant and nice and quiet as it was not facing the street. The person who met us to give us the key was really polite, friendly and happy to answer our questions.

Take the C10 regional train to Passeig de Gràcia station, where you must switch to the subway line 3 (the green one.). Hop off at Liceu station located nearby the apartment.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartments are available any time between 3 p.m. and midnight. Arrivals after 9 p.m. will incur a surcharge of €20,00.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than midday.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
A one-time cleaning fee of €30,00 applies to each reservation.
Wireless Internet access is included in the price.
Parking is not included in the price and costs €22,00 per day.
Baby cots are available upon request and free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
