Il quartiere è centrale ma pieno di immigrati che fanno un bel pò di confusione ad ogni ora. Cucina e bagno sono nuovi e puliti il resto lascia un pò a desiderare (divano letto sporco e termiti sulle travi del soffitto in camera)

the price not included 50 euros for the final clean.. nel prezzo totale finale di venere non sono inclusi i 50 di pulizia finale obbligatori... it's better have some men in the group, for only girls maybe it's not so safe... è preferibile per gruppi misti, per sole donne forse i vicoli intorno all'appartamento non sono molto sicuri...

very friendly people! good location - close to the very centre but still away from the masses on ramblas. (though it did get loud a couple of nights and mornings...but that was ok with us!) a big minus: the sleeping sofa was really, really bad, almost impossible to sleep on. but all in all: nice stay and nice appartment!

The apartment was amazing. Definitely worth the money you pay. Beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, new; just excellent. It had everything you would need whether you were staying a night or a month. Great contact person, also. Location was ok... not the best nighborhood but close to nice areas.

The apartment is in a very convieniet part of town. It does not look very arrractive fron the street but is fine inside. It is noisy at night due to the very late opening of the shops next door

The nearest underground stops are Barceloneta and Jaume I, both on the L4 yellow line.

By airplane
From Barcelona-El Prat international airport, take the Aerobus to Plaça Catalunya. Then take the underground L1 red line towards Fondo and step off at Urquinaona, exit Via Laietana/Jonqueres. You will find Home Advice Spain - M only a few minutes walking distance.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: guests need to collect their keys for the apartments from Marquès de Barberà 27, in Barcelona. The office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9.30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. If arriving before or after office hours, please call the number +34 619201 016.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 10 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Reservation is official after receiving contract of Home Advice Spain S.L - Pre-payment of 50% of the total value - Extra of €50,00 admin./cleaning cost per reservation - Deposit of €150,00 as a guarantee for the flat - Pre-payment will be refunded if booking is cancelled before the deadline
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
