Appartamento molto carino; in 4 persone si sta benissimo! La strada è molto trafficata, quindi abbastanza rumorosa, ma in compenso si ha una bellissima vista sul porto (Acquarium,Rambla del Mar, World trade center, ecc)e alle spalle il fantastico mondo del "Barrio Gotico".E' veramente in una posizione centralissima. L'appartamento è completo di tutto ed è più grande di come appare in foto. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Apartment C is located just between the beach and the old town! The apartment is located on second floor with a view of the harbour. There is a lot of traffic outside the building, but if you shut the doors and windows you won't be disturbed by the traffic.

A very spacious, nice apartment but it has no airconditioning. we booked this one because it was indicated on the website that it had airco so that is incorrect information. In the summer it can get very hot in Barcelona so that's why. The location of the apartment is very good. very close to the rambla and a 10 minute walk from the beach.

Appartamento davvero molto confortevole e situato in un'ottima zona dalla quale si raqggiungono moltissimi posti grazie alla vicina metropolitana! L'appartamento è ben curato anche se, un po' rumoroso per chi dorme nella zone living (con le finestre aperte). Ottima l'assistenza e la competenze di Home Advice Spain nonché la loro disponibilità e la cortesia.

The nearest underground stops are Barceloneta and Jaume I, both on the L4 yellow line.

By airplane
From Barcelona-El Prat international airport, take the Aerobus to Plaça Catalunya. Then take the underground L1 red line towards Fondo and step off at Urquinaona. Then switch to L4 yellow line to La Pau. Get off at Barceloneta. You will find the property only a few minutes walking distance.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: guests need to collect their keys for the apartments from Marquès de Barberà, 27 in Barcelona. The office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9.30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. If arriving before or after office hours, please call +34 619 201 016.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 10 a.m.

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
