it's a budget stay. the apartment we stayed in didn't have a balcony or terrace. the two rooms facing the street are very noisy. two other rooms are very tiny, the living room area is very small. the tv didn't work. the building looks different from the building on the picture. nice: we oould get an early check-in!

good appartments for a good price. Metro station is close to the appartments, the main sightseengs are in a 30minutes by foot.

We have just had the most fantastic holiday, after a little hic-cup with the travel arrangements (remember Gerona and Barcelona are two different airports!!) the rest of the stay was amazing. The apartment was clean and spacious and contained everything you could wish for during your stay and the sun terrace was fantastic for a glass of wine and a game of cards in the late evening!

Ottima accoglienza!! (grazie x la disponibilità dell'impiegato, preciso e simpatico) Vicinissimo alla metropolitana, parcheggio B:SM con possibilità di abbonamento ad ore (è una catena di parcheggi dislocata nella città, con la tessera si può accedere a tutti!!!) CONSIGLIO X GLI AUTOMUNITI: la notte parcheggiate in strada, dalle 20 alle 8 non si paga....risparmiate ore sulla tessera. Appartamento buono, spazioso a parte un solo bagno per 6 persone, e pulito ma un pò caldo (no aria condizionata). Vista su parco ma strada sottostante molto trafficata!!! RUMOROSISSIMA nonostante il quartiere tranquillo!!! Market, banca, farmacia...e servizi primari nell'immediato! Rapporto qualità-prezzo buono...e poi...Barcellona è la città del divertimento, del caos, delle strade affollate, dell'arte, degli artisti di strada, di Gaudì....NE VALE SEMPRE LA PENA!!!! PS:non perdetevi Dalì...

el edificio es muy antiguo y sus instalaciones muy deficientes. Huele muy mal. Aunque pone que es una 1ª planta debes subir tres plantas sin ascensor. Tiene 4 dormitorios pero en el salón no caben cuatro personas. El menaje es insuficiente, las paredes están sucias y los colchones son muy viejos y deteriorados. No tiene aire acondicionado y no se pueden abrir las ventanas ya que el ruido es insufrible. Creo que alquilar este apartamento es un timo y me averguenza la imagen que damos a los visitantes extranjeros.

Close to metro station, buses, etc, but in a rather poor borough... Supermarket close-by, lots of banks close... No elevator in building, and the staircase was very narrow, so it was difficult for me (young woman) to get all my baggage to the 2nd floor... Moreover, you have to stay quiet because of the neighbors... But overall a wonderful stay.

the bad: 1. the apartment is in a very very noisy neighborhood (completely contrary to what is mentioned on the web). 2. bedrooms - blankets dirty. 3. kitchen - no electric pot to boil water for a hot drink. no place to lay wet dishes to dry. 4. bathroom - hot water not sufficient for a bath to 4 people in a row. (certainly not for 7 people!) 5. not all outside windows can be locked! since they are extremely old. 6. main door - from the 3 locks - only 1 is usable. 7. if you are with a car - will have parking problems. 8. had to pay all the rental money on the first day in advance! while in Italy I paid everywhere only on the last day. the Good: 1. very nice and close to the center neighborhood. 2. metro station - very close. 3. nearby supermarkets - including one that is open all night named 'OpenCore'. 4. nearby internet point & nearby shops of all kinds. 5. apartment & double rooms - quite spacious. 6. bedsheets & towels - clean.

The apartment is a good size, although the single rooms and lounge are quite small. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Decorated throughout with modern IKEA furniture and fittings. Very close to the metro station and plenty of shops, bars and cafes nearby. The desription states that there is a washing machine, and there wasn't.

The nearest underground station is Pi i Margall, on L4.
Bus lines 116, 39 and 55 stop close to the apartment.

By airplane
From Barcelona-El Prat airport, take L10 RENFE train to França station, then take underground L4 to Joanic stop.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartment is available from 4 p.m. Guests must call the apartment owner in order to communicate their arrival time. The owner will meet guests at the apartment to deliver the keys of the flat.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Bed linens, towels and down duvets are included in the price.
The apartment owner asks for a deposit fee of €150,00 in cash for possible damages (returnable at the end of the stay).
The reservation will have an additional cost of €50,00 for cleaning.
In order to guarantee your reservation, the 25% of the rent will be charged to your credit card when receiving your reservation. The rest must to be paid in cash in the apartment at the check-in time.
