l'persona che ci ha accolto Vanessa è stata molto gentile , l'appartamento è molto grande e benchè noi fossimo solo in due tutto l'intero appartamento è stato messo a ns disposizione senza chiedere nessun supplemento. la cucina era completa di tutto anche di detersivi, spugne, olio e sale, moka per il caffè in pochi minuti era possibile raggiungere il centro della città

First of all, we enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. But the appartment needs to be renovated: The walls needs to be painted, new furnitures and curtains would help shining the appartment up a bit too. The terrace is great, but it was very dirty and would be good if it got cleaned, plus some plants and so on. In the kitchen the kitchen cupboards, the oven, microwave, the fridge needed to be cleaned. We actually also discovered ants from a tiny hole in the wall (In the kitchen). All those things, even if they're small has an effect on the stay.

The appartment looked much more cosy on the photos than it is indeed. Walls are so dirty that need to be repainted, you can observe ants all over the floor in the evening, sheets were not fresh. Toilet becomes clogged after 2 days of correct use (used only in the morning and evening time)and its not possible to unclogg it with the means available in apartment...2 of 3 bedrooms are very noisy because of the street, and you can not help it. The 3rd doesnt have a window (it has, but it the view is to the buildings' ladder platform, so you can't get any air). But maybe i am too demanding and in a big european city it is OK to offer such conditions if you pay less than 100€ per person...

Servizio ineccepibile, appartamento bellissimo e molto funzionale, zona di barçelona stupenda ed accessibilissima con taxi e mezzi pubblici. i ragazzi del servizio sono stati gentilissimi e assolutamente disponibili per ogni problema anche non inerente all'appartamento in sè. Assolutamente da tornarci!

Good accomodation. Road noise was quite loud. On our last night there was a concert outside the local metro. This kept us up late.

Overall I rate this property very positive - good location, friendly welcome, big flat with terrace. The negatives are the 2 big rooms have windows towards a big road and there are two semafors just under so if you are light sleeper you may struggle and if you sleep in one of the small rooms it gets very hot unless you use fan during the whole night. Also I would have prefered 50 EUR cleaning fee to appear immediately when you search on Venere properties and not in a comment below all the text.

Die Bilder im Internet täuschen einen wesentlich besseren Zustand der Räumlichkeiten vor als wir es in Wirklichkeit vorfanden. Vor allem erwartet man ein viel grösseres Wohnzimmer bei angeblich 90qm Größe. Es wurde beschrieben als Appartement für bis zu sieben Personen. Tätsächlich ist das kombinierte Wohn-Esszimmer lediglich 9 Quadratmeter groß und die Tür links auf dem Bild führt zum Bad und Toilette, d.h. dort kann man keinen Tisch hinstellen und neben dem Ferseher beginnt gleich die rechte Wand die im Bild geschickterweise nicht zu sehen ist. Ebenso ist der Zugang zur Küche auch nur vom Wohnzimmer möglich. Dies ist auch nicht dem Bild im Internet sichtbar. Dort wo im Bild der Fernseher steht, ist in Wirlichkeit eine durchgesessene Couch auf der lediglich 2 Personen Platz haben. Ein kleiner Beistelltisch mit 3 Klappstühlen war der Esszimmertisch. Hier können sich unmöglich 7 gleichzeitig Personen aufhalten. Als Kaffeebecher gab es lediglich 5 Blechhumpen. Wir haben dann erst mal 4 Porzellantassen gekauft (und auch dort zurückgelassen). Als Espressomaschine fanden wir eine vom Typ die von der Herdplatte erhitzt werden. Allerdings war noch der Kaffeesatz vom Vorgänger enthalten. Dank des Wasserkochers konnten wir löslichen Kaffee trinken. Glücklicherweise konnten wir Aufgrund des guten Wetters die Terasse nutzen. Mit ca. 30qm was dies unser Hauptaufenthaltsort. Allerdings sollte man von der Aussicht nicht zu viel erwarten da man nur einen Blick auf die Hinterhöfe der Nachbarn hat, die teilweise nicht viel von Gartenkultur halten. Auf der Terrasse befand sich noch eine Abstellkammer ohne Tür. Dort stand ausser einigem Gerümpel auch ein Blumenkasten der unübersehbar von den Nachbarskatzen als Toilette benutzt wurde. Fazit: Wer hier spanische Stilmöbel erwartet hat ist fehl am Platz. Hauptausstatter ist IKEA. Für maximal 4 Personen bedingt geeignet (auch wenn es sieben Betten gibt), die unempfindlich gegen Strassenlärm sind und si
