Location was good, but very noisy, also although apartment was comfortable enough the general standard of decor/cleanliness was not reflected in the price.

Fabulous location near Barceloneta Beach, handy to the metro and buses. A modern and spacious apartment overlooking the marina. Plenty of choice for restaurants if you don't feel like cooking. If you do, there are convenience stores and a bakery nearby. A special thank you to Lorenzo who was very helpful and friendly.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Included: all expenses electricity, gas, linens and towels.
Additional 50 euros on top of total price displayed will be added for final cleaning and admin fee.
Not included: additional 25 euros check in before 3 PM and from 7 to 9pm.

check out after 11.00 am: 40 euros, if the apartment is available
We will debit 20% of the total price to confirm reservation, the remaining 80% are due cash at arrival + 300€ security deposit only on VISA and mastercard. The deposit will be reversed whitihin three working days after your leave if there is no major damage in the apartment. If you cancel less the 30 days before arrival or in case of no show, we will debit the total amount of reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
When booking you will be charged of 20% of total price of stay, this amount is not refundable. The rest of the payment (80% of total amount) is due in cash when you check in. If you cancel less then 30 days before arrival , or in case of no show, you will be charged 100%.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
