METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartment is available from 3 p.m. to 9.pm.
It is necessary to ring the apartment from the airport in order to announce the arrival.
In the case check-in is before 3 p.m. or between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. an extra €25,00 charge will apply. In the event check-in is after 11 p.m. an extra €45,00 charge shall apply. For check-in on Sundays and local Bank Holidays an extra €50,00 charge applies.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 11 a.m. Late check-out is subject to an extra fee of €40,00.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Electricity, gas, linens and towels are included in the price.
Free cots are available on request.
Domestic animals are welcome for free upon request and subject to weight limitations.
A €50,00 charge will apply in the event the following conditions are not complied with: it is forbidden to have parties or make noise in the building, to have additional guests other than the ones registered. The apartment must be in good condition at check-out, all plates and cutlery must be clean and garbage left in the bins outside.
An administration and final cleaning fee of €50,00 is payable upon check-in.
A €300,00 deposit will be paid from your Visa or Mastercard credit card at check-in time to cover for possible damage. The deposit shall be returned after 3 working days from check-out if applicable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
When booking you will be charged of 20% of total price of stay, this amount is not refundable. The rest of the payment (80% of total amount) is due in cash when you check in. If you cancel less then 30 days before arrival , or in case of no show, you will be charged 100%.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
