By car: from the South, take the A1 and exit at Orte and follow the E45 in the direction of Perugia. Once past Perugia, follow the signs for Cesena and take the exit at Valfabbrica. After about 3 km, turn right towards Petrignano di Assisi, and when you reach Petrignano di Assisi turn left in the direction of Palazzo di Assisi. After 1400 metres you will find signs for Santa Maria degli Ancillotti. Coming from the North, take the A1 and exit at Valdichiana, then follow the E45 in the direction of Perugia. Once you arrive at Perugia, follow the signs for Cesena and exit at Valfabbrica. After about 3 km, turn right towards Petrignano di Assisi, and when you reach Petrignano di Assisi turn left in the direction of Palazzo di Assisi. METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

It is our attention to the needs and wishes of our guests which sets this hotel apart. Santa Maria degli Ancillotti provides all its guests with parking, bicycles and a swimming pool area complete with sun loungers and parasols. Prices are quoted per room, per day and include breakfast at the restaurant and VAT. Cleaning and a change of towels is carried out on a daily basis, and bedding is changed every two days. Swimming towels are changed once a week.
The Falchetto swimming pool is fully furnished with a gazebo and sun loungers. The apartments are equipped with furnishings, dishes, bedding, towels and kitchen linen. Parking is available for holidaymakers wishing to dine at the Santa Maria degli Ancillotti restaurant. Reservations required. Prices are quoted per apartment and include VAT. For weekly stays, the final cleaning is additional and mandatory: 50 euro for two-room apartments and 60 euro for three-room apartments, to be paid on departure. The Air conditioning is extra and obligatory during the period from 5 June to 17 September at a cost of 40 euro for two-room apartments and 50 euro for three-room apartments. Daily prices include the final cleaning and use of the air conditioning or heating.

CANCELLATION POLICY
From 9 January until 11 June and from 18 September to 19 December, there will be no penalty for any cancellations made at least 5 days before the arrival date. After this, a penalty corresponding to 30% of the value of the whole stay will be made. For all other periods, no penalty will be made for bookings cancelled at least 15 days before the arrival date. After this, a penalty corresponding to 30% of the value of the whole stay will be made.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
