It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartment is available from 4 p.m. It is necessary to arrive at the apartment not later than 8 p.m. Later arrivals should be communicated.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 10 a.m.
