METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
Check-in: the lodgings are available from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated.
Check-out: 11 a.m.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Daily maid service (except on Sundays and holidays), as well as bed linen change twice per week are included in the price.
Meals and Internet connection are not included in the price.
Breakfast is not included and costs €5,50 per person a day.

Children up to 2 years of age sleep in their parents' room for free.
Children aged between 3 and 10 years of age have a reduction of 50%.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of late cancellation 1 night will be charged.
In case of No Show, 3 nights will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
