This Americas Best Value Inn hotel is only two blocks from the picturesque green hills of Echo Park. This charming park has a small lake, which is said to contain the largest planting of lotuses outside Asia. Echo Park is also the site of the annual Lotus Festival, a pan-Asian celebration complete with Chinese dragon boat races.

Not very clean and noisy. Position looks to be not safe to walk on night.

From Los Angeles International Airport (LAX):
Take the I-105 and exit the Imperial Hwy West ramp toward Imperial Terminal. Merge onto I-105 East toward Norwalk, then merge onto I-110 North toward Los Angeles. I-110 North will become CA-110 North, merge onto US-101 North (Hollywood Freeway) toward Hollywood. Take the Alvarado St. exit, and turn finally right onto N. Alvarado Street, where the hotel is located.
