Friendly staff. Very good choice & quality at breakfast. Only just made it with our luggage to our room on the second floor - would have appreciated a lift! Comfortable, pleasant room. Dettelbach is very picturesque.

Dettelback is a wonderful, peacful small town just outside of Wurzburg, which was our destination. Stay here, not Wurzburg, unless you like the busy city experience. We had the best breakfast of our three week trip here. The hotel has a bakery attached to it--no wonder the food is sooo good. Large clean rooms that is a great value.It feels like a family run hotel but is part of a chain.
