ACHAT Comfort Hotel Stuttgart - Stuttgart

The rooms are not spacious and some smell tobacco (I found an old cigarette near the bed!). The breakfast buffet was really poor and I was asked to pay at the check in... but also at the check out. We had a room with two separate beds (nothing else was available). The price was good. Now, I know why.

The staff was partially bilingual to English and very nice. It is a good place to rest your head but unless you are a die-hard Porsche or Mercedes fan, there isn't much of anything to do in the area. Very little restaurant selection locally.

Great price for what you get in this hotel. We decided not to go for breakfast (12 euro each seemed high to us) so that made the rate even more reasonable. It was a great location for our needs - we were going to Porsche - but it's quite far out from the city centre. Staff was very kind and helpful which we appreciated, and their underground parking garage was only 5 euro a night - a bargain! The bed was actually one big bed, not two pushed together like you see so many other places. Shower stall was on the small side, but we managed. Overall, a great value for money, especially if you're there to tour Porscheplatz!

Good location. Close to train station to access the city. Rooms were very small. The kitchenette was a positive but could have been cleaner. Too expensive for what you get.
