I gave lower rate for price since the breakfast was supposed to cost more than a menu i had for dinner in Monmartre Paris three or four days before ... It was just a transit place for me, everything being excelent for that purpose. A pitty i could not have time for the beautiful historic town - rather far if somebody is trying to walk there - since i was driving home.

From A3 motorway, exit at "Passau-Sued". Straight on, for about 4 km, following the city centre direction. Pass two shopping malls.
By train
From Passau train station: 3 km.
From the train station, take the bus no. L7, direction Exzerzierplatz and get off at "Kleiner Exerzierplatz". Then take the bus no. L1/L2, direction Kohlbruck and get off at "Hallenbad/Schulungszentrum AOK" stop.
By airplane
From Munich airport: 160 km.
From Linz-Austria airport: 100 km.
