About Residenza del Borgo

exterior Residenza del Borgo - Residenza d'Epoca exterior Building beautifully restored and trasformed into a particulary hight standard residence, preserving the original architectural features of its tower, dating back to the 11th century and the ancient monastery. In each apartment there is a well equipped kitchen, one or two bedrooms, living room provided with a double sofa-bed and bathroom with a shower. All of them are furnisched by local craftsmen and provided with air conditioning, heating and sat-tv.
From every flat you can enjoy a wonderful sight. The Residenza is endowed with an out-door swimming pool open in summer.
Next to the Residenza there is a well known restaurant managed by local cooking experts.

How to reach Residenza del Borgo - Residenza d'Epoca

By car
From Milan, Florence or Rome, drive on highway A1 up to the exit n. 28 "Valdichiana"; then follow directions to Sinalunga. From Sinalunga keep going on in direction of Scrofiano and follow the road signs to the Residenza del Borgo.

By train
From the North: take a train to Arezzo. From Arezzo change train to Sinalunga. Then take a taxi to reach Scrofiano (5 Km.).
From the South: reach Chiusi-Chianciano Terme train station. From there take a train to Sinalunga and then a taxi to Scrofiano.

By airplane
The nearest airports are: Florence, Pisa and Rome.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations without penalty: if the reservation is cancelled at least 21 days before the date of arrival; - Charge of the 30% of the stay: if the reservation is cancelled between 20 and 8 days before arrival; - Charge of the 100% of the stay: if the reservation is cancelled between 7 and 0 days before arrival.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 20 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
