Accommodation Policies

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-out: 10 a.m.


INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Electricity costs €0,45 per Kw.
Final cleaning costs €30,00.
Linen rent costs €5,00 for double bed linen and €3,00 for single bed linen.
Air conditioning is not included and costs €50,00.
Security deposit costs €100,00. After your departure the deposit might be kept until the apartment has been checked, to ascertain that there are no damages or losses.
During summertime, the property only accept weekly booking for bungalow. Check-in can be done on Saturday after 5 p.m. and check-out on the next Saturday after 10 a.m.
When booking, the payment of 50% of total due is required.
Terms of cancellation of the booking: a) cancellation of the booking received up to 45 days before arrival date is subject to no penalty b) late cancellation or no show is subject to the payment of 50% of total due. No credit card cash pay.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to book, forward a deposit equal to half of the total price, indicating the date of the arrival and the departure date after you have received confirmation from us by telephone or by other means, that there is a bungalow available. In the case of early departure, the period booked must be paid in full. In the case of cancellation 45 days prior to arrival, the entire deposit will be refund,ed.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
