In case of no show or late cancellation, we will charge on your credit card 1 night penalty for staying from 1 up to 3 nights, and 3 nights penalty for staying over 3 nights . Reservation will be confirmed upon arrival of personal information and copy of valid credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
