Unfortunately we woke up very early every morning to loud noise of the construction workers outside of the hotel (jack hammer). However, the hotel itself was amazing! A fitness center would be a great addition.

Have had 2 different stays in a Deluxe room by now. This is the 3rd most expensive room. The first room was fantastic, very large, view over the inside garden and spotlessly clean. The second stay, still in a Deluxe room offered a tiny room with small bathroom and average cleanliness. The hotel is greatly situated, a stonethrow from the Louvres museum. The inside garden a nice plus and the small details pretty good. ie hidden plug inside the desk for laptops and other electrical devices, ... Both room had good sound-proofing and were very quiet.

Location was excellent, a 2 minute walk to the Louvre and there are many great restaurants nearby. My only criticism was the lack of staff - there was only one or two people at reception at one time and they also handled other queries (ie if you needed mail delivered to the room etc). Service was sometimes slow. Maid service was average, the rooms were clean but the bathroom wasn't always cleaned thoroughly and she always forgot new towels and robes!

From Paris Roissy/Charles de Gaulle International Airport: take RER B (local train service) and get off at Châtelet Les Halles station.

From Paris Orly International Airport: take Orlyval shuttle service to Antony station. Then, take RER B (local train service), direction Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2 TGV and get off at Châtelet Les Halles station.
