Apart from all the stairs -- there being no lift and the hostel being on the third floor -- we had a most enjoyable stay. It had a lovely "friendly" feel to it and was well located for any activities. A clearerer explanation of where to get the correct tram from the railway station would help.
How to reach Premium Hostel
By airplane
From Balice International Airport: Take the 292 bus to the centre of Krakow, getting off at the Plac Inwalidów stop. Having walked 200m down Królewska Street, turn right into ul. Pomorska at the corner you will see The Hostel Premium.
By public transport
From the railway station: if you cannot find the hostel representatives wearing red t-shirts with Hostel Info who will out you in the right direction, you can take the tram (numbers 4, 13 or 14) from opposite the post office on ul. Lubicz. Get off at the 4th stop and follow the above directions from Plac Inwalidów.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel.
