Hotel New International Guest House - Hong Kong

Although i booked under the New International Guest Hotel but i had been direct to the Park Guest Hotel. Both hotel is belong to the same owner. The chinese women that is friendly, i managed to meet her when i was there. Apparently,the Park Guest Hotel is nice n clean situated at 15th Floor of Chung King Mansions.The room is very room but is suitable for couple without kid,frens.My parents n I stayed for 6days.The lift is small n always full of ppl queuing for up and down.Overall,if you want to save the hotel budget this is the place to be.I will be back for the Park Guest House next time again.No point spend so much $$$ on the luxury hotel coz u will spend almost whole day exploring the HK.

I was surprise when it was a little difficult to find it, but when i show the reservation for a guard in the "lobby" he show me. Very very very slow and small elevator, people in line to get in, I had to wait 10 min, and the stairs was full with crap so you could not use them. Its a old house, full with small stores (cellphones and other electronic) and eateries (that kind of eatery i dont want to eat in, food not covered and did not look so good and so on) and outside the house, when you come to the entree a lot of foreigner (mostly Arab’s) try to carry your bag, sell fake Rolex, Porno, Prostitutes - you name it, not a nice welcome, but when you at least come to 11 floor, it was newly renovate, nice and clean. Sadly they had not insulated as good as they should when they rebuild it, you could hear neighbors flushing toilet, taking shower and walking outside your door. But for this price and like I did – stayed only one night, then its perfect if you are in a low budget. The day after I travel to china and signed in on a 5 star hotel and paid just a little bit more! What a different! But anyhow, in the end of the day, I get a cheap overnight in Hong Kong and that’s what counts!

Room very small room rate high no heating, so it was very cold!!!

I love to stay here, it very good location near the subway, center of shopping mall, museum. The room size is small but same the other guest house in HK. The blanket is very thin for the winter but it clean. The elevator very small and have crowd you will wait queue.

The location of this guest house within Chunking Mansions may be off-putting to some people but i felt it was quite safe. The offers of tailoring services and replica Rolex watches at the entrance to the block and on the street outside are by no means hostile. The room was small but clean and everything worked. It's well located for the cross-harbour ferry, the art gallery and history museum.

Good location,good facility(brand new),good price.The owner was so sweet to give us a triple room insted of a double room and offered us free consignation service.Its location is really convenient for shopping and sightseeing.

The manager is very nice, the staffs also Good location near MTR but in the night the place looks like not safety if you are a woman alone New international guest house have a sd hotel a 15 floor, all the rooms are news there, ask for this
