Bedrooms are private, lockable singles or twins in shared self-catering apartments with lounge, kitchen, bathroom etc…. Right in the Heart of Edinburgh!!
Kincaids Court is situated about 5 minutes walk from Waverley Station, right on Cowgate one block from The Royal Mile. We are within easy walking distance of Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile, Grassmarket, The Palace of Holyroodhouse and Princes Street. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Edinburgh, whether in town for the festival, sightseeing, touring Scotland or working over the summer.
The accommodation comprises self-contained, fully equipped apartments for 5 people. You can take the whole apartment or just a bedroom within the apartment. All bedrooms are either twin or single bedded, sharing ample bathroom facilities (wc, whb, and shower) and have the use of a communal lounge and kitchen with sink, electric stove, oven and fridge freezer. It’s an ideal set up whether you are in town with a group or travelling on your own.
All cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, bed linen and even towels are provided. You can just turn up and move in!
All rooms are equipped with telephones that are linked to reception. We also sell special phone cards for external calling. A self service laundry is available.
Breakfast is not included. We also have a large number of parking spaces available at GBP 9.00 per night.

On one day in midnight, some German? guys were running corridor and knocking at all doors, so I was annoyed. But almost all service are pretty good with this price.

How to reach Euro Hostel Edinburgh Halls
By train
Exit your train at Waverley Station.
From Waverley Station: Approximately 10 minute walk
The short but steep way with many stairs (not good with luggage)- Take the Market Street exit, cross the street and walk up Fleshmarket Close, turn left at Cockburn St to the Royal Mile. Cross over the Royal Mile and walk through Hunter Square down Blair Street towards Cowgate. Turn right at Cowgate and walk for about 100 metres. We are on the corner of Guthrie Street.
The longer way but easier with luggage- Exit Waverley Train Station from the Market Street exit. Turn to your left and veer right up Jeffrey Street. Carry on along Jeffrey Street until you reach the High Street (also known as the Royal Mile). Cross over the High Street and straight ahead onto St Mary's Street. Walk down until you reach the road known as the Cowgate. Turn right along the Cowgate for about 300 metres. Kincaids Court is located on the left hand side on the corner of Guthrie St.
By airplane
From the airport catch the Airlink shuttle to Waverley Station. Walk towards Market Street and follow the directions above.
