A converted Tuscan farmhouse, the building is divided into 8 apartments - 4 on the ground floor, 3 on the first and 1 on the second. The building has been carefully and skilfully restored, every care being taken to retain the characteristics of traditional buildings, but with and eye to modern comfort. Each apartament has full air conditioning and central heating. Each has an indipendent entrace, a private garden with barbecue and dining table, tv and a wall-safe. There is privat parking for all our guests. The residence is set in an ample garden with a swimming-pool and idromassage, all this surrounded by a centuries old chestnut gruve.

FROM PISA take the A12 highway in direction of Genova-Rosignano Marittimo, exit at the tollbooth of Rosignano Marittimo and turn for the SS1 Aurelia in the Rome-Grosseto direction for 30 km, exit at "San Vincenzo-sud". At the crossroads turn right to Campiglia Marittima and continue straight for about 2/3 km till when you find on the right our Residence.
FROM ROME, take the Autostrada to Civitavecchia and then proceed on the SS1 Grosseto/Livorno to San Vincenzo sud. At the crossroads turn right to Campiglia Marittima and continue straight for about 2/3 km till when you find on the right our Residence.



By train
The closest station is that of San Vincenzo, 8 km away, from which we recommend you take a taxi for Loc. Madonna di Fucinaia, Campiglia Marittima or you can ask at the reception for the price of Euro 10,00.

By airplane
from Pisa airport take a taxi or rent a car / follow the signs towards Livorno driving on the A12 highway, take the exit in direction of Rosignano Marittimo and continue straight for 40km. Exit at the tollbooth of Rosignano Marittimo and turn for the SS1 Aurelia in the Rome-Grosseto direction for 30 km, exit at "San Vincenzo sud".
