Having stayed in AC in Barcelona before, expected this to be very good too, was not disapointed - very good room and breakfast, only little fault is that a bit out of town, not a problem as we had car, very good parking too. would recommend this hotel to all.

Nice, clean hotel. Ideal for congress or business trip. However very impersonal for leisure trip. Wi-fi access very expansive.

Bon hôtel en périphérie de Pise à 5 minutes en voiture du centre historique. Chambre correcte. Dommage que le staff ait réservé la chambre "venere" près des ascenseurs avec tout le bruit matinal qui en découle

The hotel is nice for people travelling for business, absolutely not for tourist, too far away from downtown. The floo of the romm is covered with "wooden" tiles which make it very noisy, we hear quite well people in the adjacent rooms.

It was the most expensive hotel room I have ever paid for one night stay, I'm in the military and travel a lot. I know I did not make the reservation ahead of time and perhaps that is why I paid the high price. It was a last minute decision to stop over in Pisa city and visit the Pisa Tower. Overall, I enjoyed my trip to Pisa.

We loved this hotel after a month in Italy. It is modern and not a bit "quaint", but we needed the efficiency, cleanliness, great food, and comfortable room after our long visit. We left the next day to come home.

Receptionist was not very helpful. Hotel is a bit far from center but there's a mall right next to it so it was quite convenient for us. The room smelled a bit funny but seemed clean. Everything in minibar was free so it was a very nice surprise. Kitchen staff prepared us breakfast-to-go as we had to check-out very early.

The Hotel is far from Centrum, there is a bus, but the last one is at 8 in the evening from town, which make "a night at town" extra expensice, you have to take a taxi.

The industrial location was very poor, with nowhere else to eat in the vicinity other than driving into Pisa. There was no bar in the Hotel for drinks before the restaurant opened. The air-conditioning did not work and no one was really bothered. I speak Italian but this did not help! Not value for money.

Great hotel, really far from the center (bus stop close by), but very quite. Designed, large, cool room. Good restaurant. We really liked it!!! Good price for this high standard. We definitely will choose this hotel and other AC Hotels again!!!

We travel quite extensively for both of our careers and this is the type of hotel we stay in when traveling for work. The hotel is very nice, very close to the airport and not a bad place to stay on holiday in Pisa if you have a car. If I were traveling on business, this hotel would definitely be highly recommended. For holiday, not my first choice. Having said that, almost all of the hotels in Pisa were sold out, so this was a great choice. Very clean and modern with great service.

Hotel staff excellent regarding rooms restaurant etc but some front desk staff brusqe and with a disinterested attitude to guests. My daughter called a 'collect' business number in the US and was charged for this on her bill. On discussion with the front desk staff they insisted it had to be paid for and seemed ignorant of what a 'collect' call was. Rather disconcerting in what is after all a mainly business hotel. Getting back to the hotel in the evening after a night out was extremely difficult as taxis were sparse to say the least and in spite of hotel staff insisting it was a 5 minute wait for a taxi at the hotel we waited more than 20 minutes on several occasions.

The hotel was very nice, but the location was a bus ride away from central Pisa, not just a few minutes away. The staff was very unfriendly, claiming they had no maps or info on how to get there on check in. (There was one excellent young man who came out and not only produced a map, but ended up on the same bus we rode an was very helpful.) We had requested a twin room for our grown sons, and they would not put them in one because the only clean one was on another floor. They ended up sharing a king, which was okay, but not as requested.

We were in Pisa one night. The hotel itself was fine but it was out of the way. It was about a 5-10 minute drive to the tower and it's surroundings, luckily we had a car.

The rooms are very comfortable and cleaned, We appreciated the fitness room very much but the restaurant service lacks in good meal as well as in efficient service. We disliked it, even if the hotel on the whole deserves to be visited.

Even though the room was excellent, the hotel staff was a disappointment. When we pointed out that the tv wasn't working, their reaction was 'yeah, really? So?'. When we pointed out that we wanted a tv that worked they agreed to send a technician over to the room while we were in the city, but that didn't happen. As it turned out, certain parts of the room did not have electricity at all. Therefore, we couldn't use our laptop (the battery was low, so we had to plug it in). When we pointed out that the technician had not been in our room, the staff reacted in a rude manner and we had to switch rooms -- at midnight!! We didn't get no apology whatsoever. This room had less facilities than the former room. We also witnessed rudeness to other custumers, by the way. I think it's a pity that this beautiful hotel is run by these people.
