Excellent hotel, the only problem was that the shower only had cold water

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days whilst on my way to meet friends and as a single woman traveller I wanted somewhere central and with restaurant etc. on site. The hotel location was very good, just round the corner from the cathedral so the old town was just on the doorstep. The staff were all very friendly but the only gripe I would have is that many of the staff claimed only to speak a little english and for a large, 'international' hotel I was expecting them to be more bi-lingual. However they usually spoke more English than they were admitting to so I got by. As I was travelling alone I liked that fact that the hotel had it's own pool, a nice looking restaurant and also a cafe area in reception so that I'd have places to hang out. Unfortunately the cafe was shut for my whole stay and the second floor restaurant seemed to be booked for parties, so I was left with only the bar/restaurant on the top floor next to the pool which was a lovely setting if a little restrictive. Overall the hotel was lovely though. Very clean, well maintained, helpful staff and good size rooms. That combined with the location would make it an ideal place to stay to visit Malagas old town.

Polite and helpfull staff. Excellent location near the port and the charming old town. The old fortress just a few minutes walk away. Taxi stand around the corner. We could'nt have made a better choice. We would strongly recommend the Malaga Palqcio to anyone visiting Malaga.

Excellent hotel, very well located in a marvelous place.

This was our favorite hotel during our entire one month vacation. The price, location and service was excellent. The view from the balcony was sensational.

This hotel was very clean modern and in the heart of Malaga cigt close to all amenities, the cathedral was placed right behind the hotel there was a swimming pool on the rooftop and fantastic views from the roof. we had a double room.

Great hotel, centrally located. Rooms were very clean and quiet. I would stay there again.

We really liked this hotel. The central location was excellent. The breakfast a real treat. The roof-top pool & bar has amazing views over Malaga. Rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated, although a tiny bit noisy on a Saturday night. We've told our friends about it.

Swimmng Pool needs to be enlarged

Best location with perfect view of the port and de ocean, get a room with vieo to the sea. Right in the center of the beachfront, large clean rooms, good big bathrooms, very good hotel for the price. Great breackfast (extra cost) and overall good service. I recommend it

Excellent hotell in the heart of Malaga. We will definitely visit this hotel again. Good room service and a marvelous view from the lovely pool area on the roof. The check in and welcoming was questionable so we needed a bit patience before we got any attention (nice women but the male employees was a bit "busy").

A very comfortable hotel optimally situated in the center of the town!We certainly come back to this hotel at our next trip to Malaga.

This is a great hotel, and Venere found us a room at a great price. Win-win! Highly recommended.

I found the staff helpful althought sometiems a bit slow to acknowledge me when standing at their desk. We had a problem while out one night and the person at the desk that evening was very helpful and kind.

Location of this hotel was great.

Second visit to this hotel and was just as impressed as on the first visit. We were not happy with the original room allocated on this visit and it was changed immediately we visited reception. Not a reaction we had in other parts of Apain. Overall an excellent city centre hotel that I would recommend to anyone.

No double beds available, twin beds pushed together not very comfortable.
