AC Hotel Genova by Marriott - Genoa

New and modern facilities, excellent room with lots of space and even a sitting area, cable TV, and a huge bathtub to soak after extensive travel through Italy. We spent only one night but it was perfect. It is next to a supermarket, with plenty of parking right in front of the building for night parking. Close to the autostrada to continue driving north or south early in the morning.

Next time, i will take another hotel!

Hotel muy elegante. Solo estuve de paso pero me gustó mucho. Creo que queda un poco alejado del centro pero estuve muy comodo.

El hotel está muy bien, los empleados fueron muy amables y efectivos tanto en los aspectos del servicio como en indicaciones para dirigirme a otros lugares turisticos de la zona.

Good 4 stars hotel; clean and spacious room; nice breakfast. Free minibar in bedroom welcome. Not very close to the centre but rate of 99 euro/night for 2 adults and a child on the sofabed seemed good. Free parking possibility just outside the hotel. We didn't use the gym. Would recommend.

Very Good Hotel. Close to bus stop, you can easily use the public transport to go to the old town centre of Genova. I don't advise the restaurant

We are happy about the choice, the hotel is really well equipped room is wide, clean, comfortable. Continental breakfast was wonderful, rich. People at the concierge have not been polite at all

The hotel was out of the way as it was outside of Genoa with not much around the hotel.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The restaurant staff is unpolite and the cousin quality is very low in comparison with price. T

It is a really good hotel, the price was excellent even more when compared to the hotel. Very confortable, clean, modern and beautiful. But it isn`t close to the center of the city.

It was my first visit in AC Genova. We had a difficulties to find the hotel according the map.

The room was not exactly as shown in the internet, but it was really okay. It was modern and comfortable, also the bathroom. But we missed the mentioned fresh fruits and water on every floor! The breakfast was not very organized by only one employee, who was not amused about special requests of the clients.

This was our 4th year in Genoa, also our 4th year at the AC Hotel, the reception staff were excellent as per previous years. However the compant that has the franchise for the catering were very bad, the breakfasts were a disgrace and the waiting staff very rude and not pleasant. It was such a pity for the Hotel to be let down by such bad service. We only stayed two nights at the AC Hotel and then moved into the centre of town to the Star Hotel President, where we stayed another 10 nights.

Albergo nuovissimo, molto bello e con personale molto cordiale. Soprattutto Enrico alla reception.

In spite we knew about AC Hotels chain,it was a great surprise to discover this hotel at Genova. Enrico ( Front Desk ), is a very kind guy. Free mini-bar and complementary coffee shop were another great surprises. It is a real 4 stars level.

Notwithstanding the essential style of the hotel, nothing was missing. It is very easy to reach the hotel by car, but the fact that it is not close to the city center may render it not too adequate for tourists

Hotel di grande qualità, nolto bello, strategico come punto di partenza per escursioni, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

No fresh fruit available as promised, not even at breakfast!

Als erstes klappte die Reservierung nicht. So mussten wir, zwei Singlereisende, anstatt die bestätigten Einzelzimmer, zu zweit ein Doppelzimmer teilen. Es hat weder das Restaurantzu zu allen Zeiten offen, noch gibt es eine Hotelbar, um am Abend noch etwas zu trinken. Seit meiner Zeit in der Jugendherberge habe ich nie mehr so etwas erlebt. Preis und Angebot des Hotels stimmt nicht. Das Hotel liegt zwar verkehrsgünstig bei der Autobahneinfahrt Nervi, wenn man aber in die Altstadt essen geht, muss man pro Weg mit dem Taxi 30 Euro rechnen.

Very modern hotel, nicely done and well maintained. Very easy to get in and out and a great location when you have a car. Safe neighborhood but not very welcoming for tourism. Great for business. The staff is not very helpful when looking for advice on local attractions.

Very stylish hotel, rich breakfast, nice rooms; We had to paiy 15 E extra per night for the garage. The restaurant was very expensive! The hotel is about 20 minutes by bus from the center.

Qualité irréprochable. Juste deux conseils : 1. bien sortir de l'autoroute à GENOVA NERVI 2. Ne pas chercher hôtel GENOVA, mais AC10.

Very impressive hotel & the dining room worth a special mention.

Finding the hotel coming from highway was very easy and the general level of the hotel is of high standard even if price of the room is not so high. Just a bit expensive the restaurant, even if of a very good level and with very good level of personnel
