Hotel Abba Castilla Plaza - Madrid

A good choice if you have to be near to Charmatin Station. Hotel is next to a bus station and metro (Plaza de Castilla) and is easy to get into the centre of the city. Hotel room was comfortable and nicely decorated. I thought the restaurant was quite expensive although the food was very good. Room rates were good value for money considering its a 4 star hotel. Breakfast buffet was very comprehensive

Es un hotel muy espacioso y tranquilo. Tiene muy buenas posibilidades de comunicación con todo Madrid por estar al lado del metro. Es un gusto estar allí, aunque es algo caro, como todos los hoteles actualmente.

This hotel was of the Abba chains in Spain and very good business hotel. Positives include clean, professional and modern rooms, quiet atmosphere. Negatives include far location from Madrid center (for tourists), small cramped room, half a shower curtain so water splashes onto floor (this is cultural from what I understand), staff friendly but hesitant to speak english (which is understandable and a bit frustrating when my spanish is not all that great; hence some language barriers). OVERALL: GREAT PLACE TO STAY, BUT PRICE IS OKAY.

There was a problem: after reservation through the site, I've got the letter from you that the price for single room was 146E (INCLUDING VAT), but in the hotel I found out the the VAT isn't included.. But employees found your letter to me and excluded VAT from the cost.. So, THANK YOU that I payed less. But I think, you shouldn't make such mistakes!!
