The accommodation was excellent but the hotel was let down badly by its staff who often appeared disinterested and unhelpful. In particular, the Restaurant Manager, was extremely rude. He would not allow us to take a cup of coffee from the buffet breakfast to drink in our room. On the day we left, he refused to allow us to eat breakfast (for which we had paid) as we arrived in the restaurant 10 minutes before opening time even though breakfast has already been laid out. We had a long journey ahead to Barcelona with a young child but he still refused to give us breakfast although we were eventually given 5 croissants by a sympathetic member of staff. We were also unable to have a hot chocolate at the bar in the evening. Parking at the hotel is a problem given that most (if not all) guests arrive by car.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. La situación, excelente y el personal, muy amable y servicial. Es un hotel tranquilo y con muy buen ambiente. Recomendable.
