Hotel Abba Burgos - Burgos

Good for business trip, not much for romantic or family Cold staff

Burgos is a very nice place for a stop Abba is well located to see the center of the town

Very good value..we chose the Exc room.Breakfast a bit pricy @Euro 16.50.Room was A/C but could not get it cool..obviously only heating on and we were on the ground floor with only double doors to ventilate so could not open.Staff were not overly helpful but adequate.

Un hôtel "classe", très belle chambre, très calme et bien situé

Nothing to add. Everything was perfect. Nice hotel, nice, spacious room with the view to the famous Burgos cathedral. Walking-distance to the cathedral and city center. Good value for money. The only disappointment was the payable (rather expensive) parking lot for hotel guests.

Not cheap, but all in all - excellent. Location is ideal for the cathedral. The air conditioning was NOT on at the beginning of may 2009.

Very beautiful modern hotel in a recently renovated historical building. Although it is at walking distance from the railway station, it is not very easy to reach walking with luggages, being located at the end of a slope.

The hotel is overpriced for the value.

Realizan eventos, fiestas, que entorpecen el trato con el pasajero y molesta en el uso de los espacios comunes, se generan imposibilidades de usos tipo bares, restauran, etc...

Disapointes that dinner was not available on Sunday night

Stayed 1 night at this hotel. Nice place, though the rooms are a little small. The one big let down was the staff. They were very unfriendly, and not helpful at all. I would not stay there again for that reason. Must add that restaurant staff in hotel were nice.

My wife end me spent a marvelous time in Abba Burgos - very near to the Cathedral, very quiet and spacious room, nice ambiente, very competent and friendly staff, and excellent cocina, nice restaurant, very kind camarero.

Hotel molto centrale, pulito, con camere spaziose, peccato la moquette in camera,che per chi è allergico è una tortura. Ha una bella piscina al coperto per i momenti di relax. Unico piccolo neo lo staff non proprio gradevole: c'è la possibilità di avere camere con un terrazzino privato, ma non ci sono state date, nonostante l'avessimo chiesto, con la scusa che l'albergo era tutto esaurito, non credo perchè abbiam visto pochi turisti. Economico per essere un quattro stelle e in agosto.

Our third time at Abba Burgos, and we will be back. Slightly smaller room than last time, stuck out in the annex, and service at breakfast was slightly less attentive, so a slghtly lower mark, but even so, very, very good.

2 days and quietness

This was our second visit to the Abba Burgos, and it was just as good as the first. We will be back.

The holtel was fine. Good location. However, I was not pleased when I left when I had to pay 25.50euros for leaving my car in the garage. There was no warning of this when I asked where to leave the car. There was plently of space outside where I would have left the car had I know of the charge beforehand Dick Clack

We were very pleased with the hotel. Bright, spacious and airy. Friendly and efficient staff. Close to the historic centre, and excellent retaurants nearby.

The employees in the restaurant need a little more experience and guiding in order to improve their skill. They did not seem to be at ease, and therefore they worked with somewhat nervousness. The rest of the stay was OK. Thank you for your hospitality.
